You will be responsible for managing orchard operations including:

> Ensuring consistent quality of work standards.

> Hiring, training, and supervising staff and contractors.

> Planning and controlling operations and financial management.

Job Requirements:

Skills and Requirements

> You will have 3 years of work experience in management field (Knowledge and          experience in horticulture is preferred)

> Relevant business qualification would be an advantageous but not essential.

> A clean driver license.

> Excellent management organization skills

> Ready to do pre-employment drug testing if needed.

> Excellent work ethic

> Physical fitness

> Ability to work in weekends and long hours during busy periods.

> Clean slate record

> Computer literacy to handle administration work as part of role.
