The Ballard IT Business Systems Team has an opportunity for an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Systems Analyst to be a key member of its IT Business Systems Team.  As an Oracle HCM professional, you will work in a collaborative team to support, maintain and enhance our Oracle ERP and HCM environment.  This includes analyzing our customer’s  needs and developing solutions.  The position reports to the Manager, Business Solutions and has the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an understanding across all aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Understands Ballard as a business and act as the technical / functional owner of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Work collaboratively with business subject matter experts to vet requirements and understand business process
• Document customer requirement and related design and configuration changes
• Experience in leading solution design and development workshops
• Assist in the development and management of detailed technical deployment and cut-over plans
• Assess impacts on Oracle’s quarterly release and provide recommendations/next steps
• Initiate and facilitate Oracle application security reviews to ensure regulatory and compliance controls
• Provide advanced user support
• Contribute to a strong customer relationship through interactions with customer and providing sound technical advice. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience implementing and or supporting some combination of Oracle HCM Modules (Examples: Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Time and Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, and Recruiting)
• Experience with Oracle user provisioning and RBAC (Role Based Access Control) setup and maintenance
• Experience with middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an asset
• Workday implementation is an asset
• Experience with creating and maintaining OTBI reports
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple, potentially changing priorities
• Experience working in teams
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Demonstrated ability to show initiative and provide directions to team members
