Duties include:

• general reception duties using practice database to make appointments and assist with patient inquiries over phone/email/in store
• administration tasks such as claiming optical subsidies and job ordering
• cash handling
• clinical pre-testing
• frame and lens selection as well as taking dispensing measurements
• frame adjustments and repairs

Optical experience is preferred, but not essential. Relevant customer service/reception experience will also be considered. Full optical training can be provided for the right person. This role is also suitable for a student dispensing optician or someone looking to be supported into training towards their qualification
