We are looking for self-motivated team players to join our Gateway Clearance Operations team located in Auckland. The successful candidate must be prepared to work on a roster. Sunday work will be required. 

The job will require:

• The ability to work to deadlines with effective time management skills
• Being a team player and one who thrives in a busy time-critical environment
• Attention to detail is a must
• The ability to complete and coordinate tasks supporting the operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities and provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external parties
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong planning, organising, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

In addition, a forklift license and a full driver’s license would be an added advantage, as would previous experience in a freight/distribution environment.
