Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Operations Supervisor to effectively supervise the compressed gas distribution function for the Victorian Operation. 

Working roster is Monday – Friday, 12.30pm – 8.30pm.

 As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the activities of Toll drivers and ensure KPI’s are met. The Supervisor will perform regular audits and checks to ensure safety is paramount, along with a focus on cost-effectiveness and time efficiency. Additionally, you will promote a positive, safety focused and inclusive team culture.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Manage operational activities of the driving group.
• Review driver schedules, conduct KPI reporting, and audits as required.
• Regularly liaise with customer schedulers and customer point of contacts to determine best solutions.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment are up to date as per service scheduler. 
• Promote a positive safety culture and be actively involved in Toolbox Meetings.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous supervisor experience within the Transport and Logistics industry.
• Prioritization skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced work environment.
• Analytical skills: Problem solving, data analysis and critical thinking.
• Outstanding communication skills – Written and verbal.
• The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Computer literacy: MS Office Suite – Intermediate skills.
