Our ESS team have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager who is passionate about food, motivating staff, performance excellence with the safety of our people as our number one priority to drive results at the Air Force base in Woodbourne, located 8km west of Blenheim.  This is a site leadership role that will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of this camp while reporting directly to the National Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for driving performance of our contracted services while maintaining strong client relationships and building a partnership aimed at achieving contractual requirements. You will be a natural coach, someone who enjoys taking others on a journey to grow, develop and succeed. You will need to have an immense focus on building a great people culture in a business savvy environment.

As an experienced operational leader with experience in a similar position, you will lead the contract to deliver the food experiences, annual financial & performance targets, including client and consumer service. You will lead and manage your teams through Health & Safety, reporting, compliance and business excellence.

To be considered for this position you, will be a New Zealand citizen or resident or be in position of a valid NZ work visa, will need to Pass a Pre-employment Background Check and will need to provide evidence of your Covid-19 vaccination status.
