About the Role:

As the Infrastructure Operations manager you will lead all infrastructure operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met for both internal and external customers.

Skills Required:

• At least 5 years' experience as an Infrastructure Support engineer
• At least 5 years information technology-based Infrastructure operations management
• Strong motivational and empowerment skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Strong management skills, able to manage up, sideways and down

Note: Must be eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
