Minimum qualifications:

• Experience establishing and managing a business cadence for an organization.
• Experience developing analytical models and using presentations to support business cases to executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing simultaneous projects.

• Experience establishing new processes and operational behaviors within high growth organizations.
• Experience in and understanding of SQL.
• Ability to work and influence in an ambiguous, dynamic, and complex business environment.
• Experience in the technical aspects of cloud computing infrastructure and enterprise IT deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, project/change management, and communication skills with excellent business acumen.

In this role, you will help to transform and align a geographically dispersed team to contribute to operational/business growth.

This will include support, optimization, coordination, data management, and reporting across all of the team’s activities (e.g., startup engagement, internal and external community building, technical enablement, program design and delivery, ad hoc capability building, etc.).

You will be a key business partner and trusted advisor to an expert set of executive stakeholders, and play a key role in driving EMEA’s Digital Native business forward.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the market and operational data relied on/generated by the team is properly managed (e.g., complete, accurate, actionable, easy to navigate, accessible to stakeholders, etc.). 
• Ensure that the systems, processes, and dashboards that underpin the team’s activities are fit for purpose.
• Assist the team in defining and tracking goals, and report on them, with the right cadence, format, and level of detail.  
• Ensure that the team is operating with efficiency to maximum impact, including identifying and delivering practical workarounds pending delivery of permanent solutions.
• Act as the Chief of Staff to the Director, including constantly evaluating team performance, suggesting ways of improvements, representing the team in cross-functional forums, developing initiatives, and more.
