JOB SUMMARY

Now, if you were to come on board as our Operations Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Onboard external clients, reviewing legal documents before setting up in various different internal systems
  • Run client reports
  • Assist with the review & analysis of Data Stream to identify trends & gaps
  • Manage & maintain transition of Legal Agreements to secured Cloud Based storage
  • Additional administrative tasks as required

  • 2 years’ Data Entry/Administration experience
  • Post-secondary education preferred in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel & Basic Formula’s – Xlookup, Pivot Tables
