Job description:

This role will provide operational support to the engagement teams doing transformational work for one of our most globally important customers. Key to success in this role is the ability to work with the Operations Manager and project teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the engagements.

Working as part of a small and dynamic team, this role has the flexibility to identify and drive proactive improvements and pick up opportunities above and beyond the designated scope.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Driving and managing wider group events and social initiatives
• Assisting the engagement teams with designated quality review and gating processes
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for employees/contractors
• Ensuring engagement compliance
• Working with the Operations Manager and wider team on other tasks
• Engaging with stakeholders and procurement to ensure the seamless flow of engagements

To qualify for this role you must have

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational and self-organisational skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage competing commitments
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced team
• Confidence working with multiple engagement teams and stakeholders
• Competency in Microsoft SharePoint and Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A proactive mindset
