This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and organised operations administrator to join our award-winning company and to work within an agile global business which promotes portable assistive technology.
This is a permanent, part-time role (working term-time only) from Monday to Friday during 9am to 3pm. The successful candidate will have holiday during all the school holidays in NSW - this is approximately 12 weeks leave a year.
You will be joining a growing team at the Parramatta office (situated in O’Connell St, North Parramatta opposite the Parramatta Leagues Club) to handle orders, returns and provide a high level of customer service in the following areas:
Order management
Place customer orders
Booking courier shipments
Place customer trial orders
Parent trial orders – placement and follow up with customers
Returns Management
Raise return requests as required
Complete returns process as required
Returns enquiries assistance as required
Chasing overdue returns
Charge, test, upgrade & process returned pens
Customer Care
Representing the Company as first point of contact and assisting with all customer enquiries and product support (phone/live help/email, etc) in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Handling online sales after care
Communicate professionally and politely both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of our products & procedures
Conduct other tasks as directed by the Global Operations Manager.

Scanning Pens is the global re-seller of C-Pen products, smart pens that assist those with reading difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, mild cognitive impairment or auditory & visual processing disorders. The pens also assist those with low reading levels. We are a registered NDIS Provider.
Requirements
Microsoft Office Proficient (word, excel, outlook)
CRM experience is an added advantage (specifically NetSuite experience, although training will be provided)
Good organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of English language (both written and spoken)
Good email etiquette and a professional, confident telephone manner
Energetic, self-starter with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively to bring about expected outcomes
Be motivated to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to communicate and work effectively with co-workers in a professional and courteous manner
Be approachable and friendly with a positive attitude
Must be in possession of a high school diploma
Must have the right to work in the USA
