Job Description

  • Be the primary lead on the Operational Resilience project representing Citibank UK Limited, working with the Business Owners and Project stakeholders to ensure milestones are delivered as expected for different Critical Business Services.
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members for critical business services
  • Identify key processes maps and develop scenarios (severe but plausible) that facilitate the resilience tests and remedial actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Operational Resilience regulatory expectations , policy guidelines and ensure relevant controls and procedures are in place and maintain project documents appropriately for internal and external audits.
  • Leverage regional and global resources where possible and work with Central Resilience team to keep project on track.
  • Lead Critical Business Service Governance meetings, working with different component teams to ensure regular progress on project milestones and deadlines,, and ensure robust project governance structure is in place
  • Define impact tolerance for the critical business service, working with the component teams, on how Citi will test, measure and report resilience against the framework guidelines.
  • Publish and maintain updates and governance documents for senior leadership team and CUKL board on a regular basis.
  • Coordinates audits (when required), examinations, and deliverable requirements from internal and external reviewers by supporting coordinating activities.
  • Be an active leader, change agent and culture carrier for Citi.
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Extensive experience of UK regulatory landscape
  • Demonstrable track record at programme manager level in a financial / regulated services organization.
  • Experience in Operational Resilience Framework is welcome
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Governance, including Regulated practices, compliance requirements and internal Risk and Control Management.
  • Knowledge of business continuity concepts,
  • Stakeholder management experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, O&T, Risk, AML, and Fraud).
  • Demonstrate understanding of operational risk and gap identification
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously
