We are looking for Online Shopping Assistants to join us at New World Orewa. We have full or part time roles available!

The Role:

We facilitate all the online orders for our wonderful customers who trust us to do so.

This role includes:

• Ensure items are picked, packed, processed and invoiced accurately and efficiently
• Checking that orders are correct, labelled and stored securely before deliveries
• Communicate with customers regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other information 
• Communicate any feedback / issues to Online Supervisor.
  
• Load delivery vehicles as needed

What are we looking for:

• Previous online shopping assistant experience ideal but not necessary 
• A good level of physical fitness - this role includes being on your feet for long periods of time and lifting moderate loads.
• Attention to detail a must!
• An ability to work on your own or in a diverse team
• Able to work efficiently and methodically even under pressure
• Can listen to instructions and make things happen
• A fantastic attitude and work ethic and a passion for making a workplace great
