Online Retail Assistant - Full Time - Albany

Our busy RV Super Centre in Albany is looking for an Online Retail Assistant to join the team on a full time basis. You will provide exceptional customer service, and fulfil online customer orders, while supporting our retail store operations where required.

You will demonstrate:

RV, Camping or Marine background an advantage

strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly

good numeracy skills

a sense of humour, full of positive energy and ability to work well as a team member

must be able to work weekends, and have flexibility to change work days if required

Your key responsibilities will include:

provide outstanding customer service (Phone, email, website chat, in-store)

pick, pack and send online orders to customers.

take responsibility for your training needs to ensure you are an expert on RVSC's products and online systems.

Assist in store where required.
