Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time Office Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with administrative and Quickbooks experience. Salary starts at $4000/month, with regular reviews and RRSP matching after three months. Duties include;

  • Run the day-to-day operation of the front office for a busy lumber mill and manufacturer.
  • Attend the office from 7AM-330PM, answering phones, emails and checking in visitors.
  • Pay invoices, bill clients and collect payments, using QuickBooks Online.
  • Compile payroll hours and issue payroll payments using Quickbooks Online.
  • Attend meetings and take notes.
  • Keep an inventory of office, shop and safety supplies.
  • Order and replenish office, shop and safety supplies.
  • Other office-related tasks as required.
