The job:

 

This role will support the Neo team in ensuring the company is performing to its full capacity by managing the office, including undertaking general reception duties, event management, document writing and editing, finance and website administration, liaising with suppliers and clients, and other various functions.

 

This role would ideally suit someone who would wants to come to work five days a week – working hours can be flexible for the right candidate. No two days will be the same in this role, it will be varied and challenging.

 

The ideal candidate:

 

You will ideally have MS Office and general administration/office management experience.  You will also have a strong eye for detail and be an analytical problem solver. Your written English skills will be second to none. Experience in organising events and marketing activities would be an advantage.

 

Additionally, you will be a forward-thinking team player who communicates well, is energetic and a self-starter.

 

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
