About the role

Here at Bark we are expanding our HQ in Paddington and are now looking for a bright and tenacious Office Manager to run our new office space. You will be the face of Bark.com and the first point of contact for all employees and visitors so we need someone super approachable and friendly that will play a key role in helping the people team build our team culture that is fun, inclusive and collaborative.

There is a huge potential with this role and you will be working cross functionally with a great team of people while also having a key part in the daily running of the business as we scale at rapid pace. As the business grows, so will your role and it's an exciting time to be joining with many projects waiting to be conquered. For the right person – entrepreneurial, strong work ethic, bright – there will be scope to take the role in whatever direction you lead it. This will suit an individual who loves a challenge and thrives in a fluid role where you will be expected to work under your own initiative.
