Job Description

Your role:

  • Overseeing the smooth running of the office
  • PA tasks for the CEO
  • Attend bi-weekly staff meetings, collect agenda items prior to meetings - take minutes
  • Creditor invoices and bank reconciliations
  • Payroll on MYOB - inquiries regarding payroll
  • Sending statements to clients monthly
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Petty cash
  • Managing facilities and ordering supplies
  • Creating and maintaining employee files
  • On-boarding new employees
  • Organise training and meetings
  • Create/maintain company policies i.e. Health & Safety
  • Working on Immigration Accreditation and visa applications
  • All administrative requirements for overseas orders

To thrive in this role you'll have:

  • Knowledge of Xero accounting system
  • Payroll experience
  • Knowledge of accounting, administration policies, systems and procedures
  • Accuracy and very high attention to detail
  • Sound MS Office experience
  • A pride in what you do
