Job Description

Our Client is a not for profit organisation where their aim is to make a positive difference in local communities across New Zealand.

About the role:

If you are an experienced administrator, an organised star but also enjoy working closely with a variety of stakeholders to achieve a common goal, then this would be a role for you. This is highly relationship based so excellent communication is a must.

  • Manage and organise national training events and group visits
  • Book travel and accommodation for various stakeholders and internal staff
  • Manage and register new providers to the internal system and complete all background checks accordingly
  • Organise the annual 3 day conference
  • Provide input into the organisations policies and share insight from your role

About you:

  • You are an experienced administrator
  • Have excellent relationship management skills
  • Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have experience using a variety of databases (Salesforce experience would be beneficial)
  • Have a background in Events Management (desirable not essential)
