The Headlines:
In the role of Office Services Clerk based in Toronto, ON will be part of the Office Services Team.
The role will report to the Office Services Supervisor and work closely with the team in Guest Relations, Employee Relations, Mail Services and Reception
The Responsibilities:
Provide mailroom and courier services:
Accept, log and sort incoming courier mail
Deliver office mail and parcels
Package and process outgoing shipments
Run and reload Neopost machine
Compile custom documentation for incoming parcels
Manage loading docks for incoming and outgoing pallet shipments (documentation, appointments, etc.)
Prepare custom documentation for all outgoing, international shipments
Administrative duties
Copying, scanning, and organizing documents
Data entry
Internal employee registries and lists
Reception relief
Other duties as assigned
The Other Qualifications:
Self-motivated and takes a proactive approach to work
Detail oriented
Friendly personality with good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in an office environment
Demonstrates organizational agility and ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across a multi-location organization
