Robert Half has a contract opening for a highly-skilled and motivated office assistant / file clerk to provide support with various administrative duties. Are you a self-starter who loves handling multiple projects at once with a positive outlook? Then we have a position for you. This contract role is located in the Surrey, British Columbia area.

How you will make an impact:

·      Filing, copying, scanning, and faxing

·      Maintain office facility

·      Answer phones and direct to the correct department

·      Data entry

Requirements

What we're looking for:

·      Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work

·      Complete tasks independently

·      An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

·      Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

·      SharePoint and Microsoft Office is preferred
