Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an eager administration professional to join our successful and busy Human Resources team. This opportunity is a permanent full-time position.

As an Office Assistant - Human Resources, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for all services within our Human Resources team, including performance, learning and development, employee engagement while also providing general administrative support to the Executive Manager - Human Resources.

Role responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for all Human Resource and Learning & Development systems

Daily management of inbox where communication is required to all telephone and email enquiries from all staff, external providers, contractors and applicants on recruitment, learning and development, performance appraisals and all other services offered by the HR team

Upload and maintain data in all HR & L&D systems within the business

System maintenance and syncing of data through internal and external systems

Provide reporting on HR & L&D functions and to the business under the guidance of the wider team

Offer general administrative support to the ALDI Learning & Development team and Human Resource function

Selection Criteria:

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent verbal and written communications

Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload

Strong attention to detail with a strong reliance on discretion and confidentiality

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience with LMS is desirable but not essential

A proactive and ‘out of the box’  approach to problem solving
