• Give tours with knowledgeable information on the quality of equipment and highlight gyms assets
• Selling Memberships (drop ins & cold calling)
• Fill out contracts (memberships) & (personal training)
• Security Camera Reporting
• Computer Inputting – Prospects – Registered Prospects
• Filing / Organizing Office
• Provided back-up supervision of the gym and independently manage the establishment when manager/owner are not present
• Assist clientele with operation of gym and all other equipment
• Re-organized, and maintained the cleanliness of the gym, equipment, restrooms, etc.
• Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.
• Set up “orientations” and personal training sessions for members
• Handle all incoming calls and answer any enquiries made.
• Administered payments made by the members.
• Resolved all customer complaints.
