We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who will work across Sky Labs Brentwood to ensure that the site is always fully functional and operational, and a great place for our Product Delivery team to do their best work.

What you\'ll do:

• Reporting into the Site Lead, you will manage our Brentwood office, making it a great place to work, ensuring it is a safe, secure, tidy and functional environment for our employees. You will report site issues to the correct teams and ensure repairs/replacements are organised asap
• Coordinate with the wider site facilities team and oversee external facility providers to ensure Sky standards are maintained and met
• Manage, maintain and grow our Outreach Programme e.g local authority, school outreach programmes, charity work and so on
• Assist with internal and external events
• Look after the health & safety onsite with a focus on the Site Emergency Team and keeping training up to date as well as maintaining supplies in the first aid rooms
• Assist with the facilities communications to site via email, posters and our SharePoint site

What you\'ll bring:

• Office management experience in a Site Lead or similar position
• Proven experience of office management with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• 3rd party supplier management experience

Brentwood:

Our spacious Sky Labs building is under a mile away from Brentwood train station, with regular train services from central London. There’s plenty of parking in the office carpark which includes freee charging for EV’s.
