Robert Half is seeking a skillfully diverse Office Administrator for our very reputable client in the Investment sector. Ideally you are seeking a role that can provide long term stability and tenure. You also prefer to work in the office rather than at home as you enjoy your co-workers and getting out of the house.

 The Office Administrator has the overall responsibility to serve as business ambassador, answering all calls and inquiries to ensure clients are directed to the appropriate business partner or functional areas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven history supporting senior leaders with senior administrative functions including but not limited to: report and spread sheet preparation, document editing and review, financial assistance (expenses, AP/AR), reception and general office duties.
  • Experience with executive support is considered a strong asset for this role.
  • You have intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel. You many are not an expert in pivot tables but you still consider yourself a bit of an Excel ninja
