Job Description

Office Administrator – from 20 April 2022 - Mt Wellington, Auckland

We are looking for an all-rounder Office Administrator to join our team of two people.   Work in a STRESS-FREE environment, and you must be able to cope working alone some of the time.  This may suit a university student who can study during quiet times.

Salary depends on experience. 

We are located in  Mt Wellington Auckland.  You will have your own parking space next to the building. Our office is nice and comfortable to work with – Aircon or heat pumps, fridge, coffee/tea, microwave.  You can play your own music. Dress smart casual, comfortable.

We need someone,

  • Part-time – 8 hours per day, 3-4 days a week (7am - 3.30pm)
  • Reliable, Honest, Pro-active  & Flexible
  • Must have can-do attitude - our small team are genuinely nice people and considerate.
  • Happy to do normal office cleaning
  • Will be required do groceries from time to time or order online office supplies.

Skills

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive - preferably intermediate level.
  • At least 2 years experience in customer service and office roles - data entry, report writing, printing, photocopying, organizing, filing etc

Training and induction will be provided to the successful applicant. An agreed training date and times will be arranged before start date.
