As an Office Administrator at our HukaPak site, in Mount Maunganui, you will enjoy a high energy and fast-paced role, which requires the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. You will be an enthusiastic team-player, have an eye for detail and be an effective problem solver.
The Office Administrator role is responsible for assisting with the recruitment and on boarding of our seasonal workforce, assistance maintaining accurate employment and wage records, and assisting with the Employment Officer to ensure staffing requirements for each packhouse shift are met. The role will also encompass various administration tasks.
Skills and competencies:
· Basic understanding of NZ Employment Law and practices specifically in relation to the recruitment and on-boarding of staff, payroll and employment contracts.
Experience and qualifications;
Hours of work: 4pm to 10pm with weekend work involved driven by the seasonal requirements of the role.
