A trusted name in the community since 1921, Morrisons Funerals provides funeral services to our diverse communities around West, Central and East Auckland.
We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) to join our dedicated, hardworking team at Morrisons. This role is based at our Glen Innes Eastern Bays Chapel, mostly working independently from the main team but keeping in frequent contact.
Our future team member should have refined customer service skills, solutions-oriented, be professional, comfortable and respectful in dealing with grieving families and the deceased, have excellent written and verbal communications, and the ability to self-manage their day-to-day tasks. Trustworthiness, an eye for detail and a strong work ethic are essential, as are general office administration competencies; an aptitude for technology and all Microsoft Office programs, AP/AR functions and efficiency improvements. A willingness to step in and assist our Funeral Directors with general Funeral setup and queries is also required
