Your new company

One of New Zealand's leading architectural practices. Our client provides architectural and interior design services for projects throughout the country.

Your new role

To provide support to the design teams by producing marketing material in Photoshop/InDesign and by managing and maintaining the resource room effectively and efficiently.

• Work with InDesign and Photoshop to produce data sheets, brochure sheets and other marketing material as required.

• Assist with updating website including sizing and preparing photos.

• Assist with the award submission process.

• Assist with social media marketing

• Assist with the production of the company newsletter

• Maintain all printing equipment and ensure any faults or breakdowns are attended to quickly.

• Order stationery and printing supplies.

• Provide cover for the Receptionist during her breaks and at other times as needed.

• Run errands as required, eg to Council’s for building consents.

• Provide financial support as needed, including client invoicing in WorkflowMax and Xero

What you'll need to succeed
A can-do attitude and attention to detail are attributes that will make you stand out as a candidate for this role. You will be juggling multiple priorities so there will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.
This role is based in Ponsonby. Full-time position 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 am – 6.00 pm.
