The role:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for a fixed term period until 30 September 2022 , based at our National Support Office in Palmerston North.
Based at reception, you will be the first point of contact welcoming visitors, guests and out of town staff. You will provide administration support with daily tasks including answering phone calls, travel bookings, managing meeting rooms, mail distribution plus a variety of general administration duties. You will assist staff with administration tasks, ensuring all requests are catered for in a timely and efficient manner.
