The Opportunity and about the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised office administrator to join our Brisbane team. This role will be challenging yet rewarding for a person who likes to be kept busy and who thrives on responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy. Key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities include:
Monitor reception and direct visitors and staff attending training as needed.
Answering and monitoring phones, transferring calls and handling general enquiries
Organising internal events such as meetings and functions, arranging catering
Set up and clear training, meeting rooms as required.
Organise travel for staff
Provide administration support to the internal teams as required.
Manage shared office resources
Liaise with building management regarding building maintenance
Petty cash reconciliations, expenses reimbursements and payroll support
What you will bring to the role:
Previous customer service experience is highly regarded
Exceptional presentation and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
PC literacy – Intermediate MS Office skills
Strong attention to detail,
Great attitude and enjoy having fun
