Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level administration assistant who is organised, professional and will use their initiative.  An all-rounder with strong organisational skills that thrives on variety and pace.  

Included in this role are general office tasks, reception/customer service and providing admin support to the office team.  The candidate will be working in a team environment & we are looking for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Excellent communication skills and written language skills will be key.

To be successful in this role you will need to be customer service orientated, along with: 

  • Strong computer skills with accurate typing
  • Professional & friendly phone manner
  • Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Familiar with MYOB or an accounting package

This role may suit a recent school leaver or person returning to work with some work experience or someone who has been through a secretarial/admin course and is looking for their first job.  This is a fantastic opportunity to get training and support as you begin your working career.  This is a full time position however part time with flexible days & hours could be a possibility for the right candidate
