  • Total Indicative Remuneration: $132,442 - $140,221 p.a. (pro rata) - RN3 - Part-Time Temporary, up to 17 February 2023, working 32 hours per fortnight

As the Nurse Educator - TPPP Coordinator you will use your clinical knowledge and experience to provide a corporate support service to RN TPPPs, which may include but not be limited to areas such as the provision of a range of education, training, learning experiences and materials. In this role you will accept accountability for the outcomes of nursing education practices, for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy; and for contributing to a safe and positive work culture in the interest of patient/client outcomes.

Various practice models may be used to enact this role, including but not limited to:

  • Providing education and training support to RN TPPPs working in wards and units throughout NALHN;
  • Providing education support in a specific education and/or training portfolio;
  • Coordination and leadership of projects, programs and/or research to achieve improved educational outcomes and/or service delivery.

As the Nurse Educator - TPPP Coordinator you will accept accountability for your own practice standards, activities delegated to others and the guidance and development of less experienced staff.

To be eligible for this position, you will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement under the Emergency Management (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) Directions 2021 to work in SA Health/health care setting.
