The Nurse Educator is responsible for the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of nursing education programs at a facility level to support development of evidence based, person centred nursing care.
If you have/are:
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (division 1), with relevant clinical experience and post registration clinical and/or education qualification relevant to the specialty area
Ability to develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education and training programs
Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication (written and verbal), problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and own professional development and the ability to motivate others
