We are looking for a capable and suitably experienced professional to join Hotel St Moritz in the position of a Night Host.

In this role, you will assist in the day to day/overnight operations of the front office department including lobby services and security functions, ensuring that standards are maintained in these areas, efficiency evident and customer’s needs met. You will need to have passion for hospitality, and the willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.

 Responsibilities

• Support Night Audit in the daily reports requirements
• Carry out security walks around the property
• Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage
• Exercise care and responsibility when parking guest vehicles. Follow procedures set out in manual.
• Ensure messages are delivered with the utmost urgency.
• Message boards updated daily and aware of function requirements.
• Clean and maintain hotel public areas
• Prepare and deliver room service during the night
• Confidently carry out emergency procedures
• Enter bookings for any reservations received overnight
• Support with any Housekeeping requests received afterhours
• Support the Lombardi team when required

Work Experience

• Proficiency in Opera or other PMS is preferred
• Current First Aid and Manager's Certificate preferred
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• Articulate communication skills and an understanding of luxury guest expectations.
• Full Driver’s License
• Valid visa to work in New Zealand
