Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Night Guest Service Agents on a full-time basis to join the team at Oaks Goldsbrough Suites.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and check in guests
• Communicate professionally
• Make bookings
• Assist guests during their stay
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to works shifts between 11.00pm and 7.00am, including weekends

Qualifications

Previous experience working in hospitality, providing customer service and guest services is advantageous.
