What you will do

• Warmly welcome our guests, you are the face & the first impression of the hotel

• Offer intuitive service, know our guests needs before they know themselves

• Complete night front office tasks including reporting and auditing

• Check-in/ Check-out our guests

• Serve drinks, wait tables, park cars and understand the need to jump in wherever the demand

• Meet & connect with our guests. Offer personable Sydney lifestyle experiences so our guests can escape the everyday and enjoy the unexpected

• Guest Service Agent or Guest Service Detective? Be the eyes and ears of the ground floor service team

• Accurately open and/or cash-up & print reports
