New Graduate Vet – Beechwood Veterinary Clinic – part of the Active Vetcare Group

We are situated in the beautiful Berkshire countryside with the Thames close by and with the convenience of access to Reading railway station for fast trains into London and Heathrow. We are looking for a new graduate Vet to join us.

As a team we are dedicated to providing gold standard care to our clients and patients. We are forward thinking, and have great facilities which allow our clinicians to offer an extensive range of both medical and surgical services on site. You will have the support of the AVC group including advanced certificate holders in surgery, medicine, ophthalmology and feline medicine. Our practice is a Silver Member of the ISFM Feline Friendly Practice scheme, and is passionate about providing tailored care to our feline patients.

We work on average a 4 day week, and Saturday mornings on a rota. We support our OOH service by providing back up cover as the second vet 1 in 12 weeks and Saturday afternoons, meaning minimal OOH work.

You will be enrolled onto our new graduate programme.

• Starting salary of £31000.00 which increases to £33500.00 at the end of year 1 and £36500.00 at the end of year 2
