Job summary
You will manage the team who supply our stores with enterprise network circuits from our carriers.
You will form partnerships with other tech teams to ensure circuits are correctly sized and our circuit products remains optimal, review current and future suppliers, instigate supplier QBRs and cost reviews, lead process improvements and foster team innovation for faster circuit delivery.
You will take ownership for escalations, typically late delivery and communicate the risks and mitigations to the tech and business teams.
Your ability to work independently with limited direction, communicate effectively with team members in disparate geographic locations, and drive circuit installation timelines will be critical to your success.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail are imperative.
Your team's daily duties include submitting requests for quotes, placing orders and managing multiple concurrent orders and reporting on progress to your stakeholders.
You will also need to manage delays and wherever possible find alternative options and escalate what you can't resolve.

· High School Diploma
· Previous experience in a similar role delivering enterprise telecom network circuits, maybe for a telco or for a large end customer.
· Prior experience of people management.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
· Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic environment.
· Handles multiple competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
· Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities.
· Project/Program Management Certification
· European network delivery experience useful
· Experience in basic networking, AWS or data centre connectivity would be helpful not not essential.
