About the team
The Greater Sydney Division is redefining integrated transport choices to improve the lives of customers and communities, making Greater Sydney a better place to live, work and play. We have the single biggest place making opportunity at Transport in the coming years, reshaping Greater Sydney into a metropolis of cities – whilst also overseeing the Greater Sydney region as a whole.
Greater Sydney is focused on delivering a joined-up transport network and services to ensure these cities become the places that their customers and communities really want.
The Role
The Customer Journey Management team within the Greater Sydney Division is seeking to fill a Network Access Interface Officer role. In this role you will provide support to your manager in assessing Road Occupancy Licence requirements for Road Maintenance activities, review Traffic Management Plans for Pinch Point projects and Private Developer Works, support Heavy & Light Rail replacement bussing and facilitate Special Event Clearways and track maintenance programs that require planned network outages within Greater Sydney.
You will be required to review traffic management plans and supporting documentations and engage proactively with a wide array of stakeholders like private developers and within the Transport cluster.
This is a hybrid role requiring you work from our offices in Eveleigh and Auburn as required.

About You
To be successful in this role you will possess qualifications or relevant experience in Traffic Engineering along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to road construction and maintenance and related projects is desirable.
You will have excellent relationship management skills and be someone that thrives under pressure.
We’re seeking a confident, hands on, self-motivated individual keen to make a direct impact on a business unit. You will be required to operate with a degree of autonomy.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Grade 6 ($94,879- $104,367) - per annum plus superannuation
