We’re looking for a .NET Software Engineer to join our Growth and Rider Experience teams. This is a rare opportunity to come and shape the software and systems between Hardware and Software. With operations in US, UK, France, Spain, Germany and Australia - we’re powering some of the largest delivery companies in the world with the likes of Uber, DoorDash, Gorillas and Getir with our Zoomo e-bikes.

Day to day, you will be responsible for: spikes, estimation and being a critical piece to the SDLC.

Requirements

What you’ll do at Zoomo:

Design, develop and deliver microservice based applications

Write clean, scalable, testable code to support business objectives

Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers on a daily basis

Contribute to improving the SDLC process at Zoomo

Support and maintain existing systems that power our Riders and Bikes

Some projects you might work on at Zoomo:

Building our eCommerce booking flow

Launching our B2C Referrals Program

Helping us scale our KYC & Credit Checking capabilities to enable our Buy Now Pay Later Service

Building our Localisation Service to launch in 10+ new markets this year

You’ll be a good fit if you:

Are a Systems Thinker

Appreciate Object-Oriented Programming (.NET, C#)

Enjoy Event-Driven Design Patterns and Event Sourcing

Are familiar with Document Store Databases (like Cosmos DB / Mongo DB)

Appreciate Modular Architecture and Microservices

Comfortable leading large technical projects

Are familiar with Azure PaaS offerings such as Event Grid, Service Bus, APIM and Functions

Experience working with existing some of our existing systems - Acuity, Hubspot, Subscription Systems (Chargify)
