.Net Developer

Fully Remote

£50-55k (doe)

Software Developer required to join a talented technical team who love new technologies and enjoy working on in-house software projects for this large financial business that offer values such as Inspire, Empower, Deliver & Aspire!

You will be involved in the development and support of their client facing software as a service legal assistant which is developed within a Scrum Agile Framework. In addition you will be responsible for assisting in the definition and adherence to development patterns and standards.

Involved with developing micro-services, containerisation and site reliability engineering.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate considerable experience in the following: MVC, C#, .NET Core, Test automation and Azure.

Essential technical skills…

·C#, MVC 4 and upwards, Entity Framework

·RESTful services, Web API

·JavaScript & JQuery

·React, Angular or equivalent

·.NET Core and EF Core

·SQL Server 2016 and upwards

·Microservices

·SOLID principles

·XUnit, MSTest

·An understanding of Build and Release pipelines in Azure DevOps (CI/CD)

·Secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10

·Azure PaaS offerings

Nice to have any of these….

·Azure Service Fabric

·Azure API Management,

·Serverless architecture

·Katalon, Selenium, Cypress or equivalent

·JMeter or equivalent

·Secure coding practices

·JEST, Enzyme, Jasmine or equivalent
