Job title: National Trust Customer Service Advisor Job Description: Our client, the National Trust, protects and cares for places so people and nature can thrive. As the biggest conservation charity in Europe, it looks after hundreds of houses and close to a million objects, along with vast areas of coastline, countryside and green spaces, for everyone's benefit. Our dedicated teams make sure that millions of the Trust's supporters are well looked after, and our frontline customer service team are a vital part of that. We are looking for Holiday cottage advisors to join Capita, working on behalf of the National Trust, where you will use your love of national heritage to help build meaningful, stress-free relationships with customers. You will be taking inbound calls from customers wanting to book a National Trust property for a holiday or work. Some customers will want to book a property which is unavailable due to being booked already, in this instance the you will need to discuss other properties/options. Therefore a good understanding of towns/cities in the UK is vital as some properties are situated in towns near the beach and others more inland in forest areas. You will need to really understand the customers in order to sell a property to them and recommend what is right for them. Great communication skills are essential. Enthusiastic and helpful. A candidate who is already a member of the National Trust would be preferred but not essential. Also anyone with experience in selling holidays would be preferred. We offer structured training and development to support you right from the get-go and give you the opportunity to continue learning and growing, with access to online learning. What you'll be doing: You'll create easy, stress-free interaction for all customers by giving relevant information to help support them when booking a property. You'll handle enquiries with empathy and integrity by ensuring each customer is treated with due care and provided the best level of support You'll work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service What we're looking for: Great communication skills are essential, can clearly communicate in written as well as spoken English Enthusiastic and helpful A candidate who is already a member of the National Trust would be preferred but not essential Experience in selling holidays would be preferred but not essential You take pleasure in solving problems - you may not always know the answer, but you'll know when to look and you'll be determined to find it You are interested in people and want to listen and understand what they need You are a team player who can work collaboratively in a remote environment You are resilient and able to support multiple customer priorities You enjoy working with new technology in support of customer outcomes You have a quiet and private space to work at home with a strong WiFi connection What's in it for you?
