This is a customer facing role which is responsible for achieving profitable sales and category growth with Independent Retail customers through building strong relationships and influences at all levels.
You will be responsible for implementing point of purchase solutions that influence retailer and shopper behaviour, and deliver mutually beneficial results for Mars, our customers, and the category. Additionally, you will be accountable for customer profitability and growth, along with optimisation of trade spend budgets and also appropriate financial governance processes.

What will be your key responsibilities?
End to end account management or relationship with Metcash and other MSOs including all areas of ranging, pricing, promotions, execution, category management, field execution plans, NPD and distribution
Development of category solutions that drive long term, sustainable business growth for Mars and our customers
Effective utilisation of trade spend budgets based on sound commercial analysis and appropriate financial governance processes.
Strategic business planning at multiple levels within the Metcash and Independent Grocery network
Development of key selling tools to assist In-store execution for our field team
Exceptional relationship building abilities both internally and externally to champion the voice of the customer
Interstate travel monnthly (outside of COVID restrictions)
