We are working with many clients who are seeking Senior Change Managers with Public Sector experience to work within significant programmes of work, we have multiple 6-12-month hourly rate and fixed-term contracts, as well as several permanent roles.
We seek change professionals who naturally lead and influence change to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programmes. A track record of effectively managing change is essential, as in analysing, planning, and executing change approaches.
We are seeking collaborative Change Managers who bring an ability to build, lead, and champion the change capability within the projects and programmes and the organisation. Genuine stakeholder engagement is paramount, as is an ability to define, develop and implement stakeholder analysis, and manage and identify stakeholders.
Building trust and confidence is key to ensuring buy-in and commitment to what the programme wants to achieve. Communication must be conveyed in a meaningful way, to the right people and at the right time, and significantly in an appropriate manner.
