Fast Connect is looking for our new and inspiring Team Leader, who will lead by example, and motivate our call centre team. We’re excited about the new energy, processes and personality this new person will bring! Our next Team Leader will have previous Team Leader or Management experience, will be a top salesperson and preferably with call centre experience.

Fast Connect is a free moving home service which can connect services such as power, gas, broadband, phone and Sky TV in one phone call. Our company was launched in New Zealand over 15 years ago as the first of it’s kind, and we’ve loved helping people move house ever since! Moving house is stressful, so we are able to make one part of it – transferring or connecting home services – stress-free!

Our new Team Leader will be leading our small call centre team, ensuring they are happy and successful in their roles, and empowering, training and supporting them to achieve their KPIS. Each week a meeting will be lead which discusses changes, celebrates team or individual victories or is simply a game to give the team a break. We feel our processes are working well, but will always welcome additional ideas or feedback from this new person. For these reasons, we’re looking for someone with previous Management or Team Leader experience.

Our call centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, but our new Team Leader will be working within these hours (happy to be flexible on this). Our call centre is a relaxed space where we encourage you to be comfortable, and enjoy weekly fruit delivery and additional treats. Our office is located in Penrose, which is 5 minute walk from the Penrose train station. If you prefer to drive, there is a car park available to you. Close to the office are many lunch bars and cafés.
