12 Months parental leave opportunity with view to ongoing

Medic Oncall by Healthcare Australia is a leading provider of healthcare services and medical workforce solutions that include sourcing and placing locum doctors into a diverse range of opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Located in Mornington, we are seeking a Medical Workforce Consultant to join our team. Consideration will be given to candidates interested in working from our Melbourne Office.

  

The position:

Customer service focused opportunity liaising with our doctors and our clients over the phone, email and App

Utilise technology (apps, portal, messenger, mail) to source and allocate our locums into their preferred positions

Deliver a highly competent and responsive service to our clients

Work effectively within our small team of consultants to support the team goals

Full time 38 hour week, work from home one day per week

  

The skills and experience required:

Excellent customer service and administrative experience in an office environment

Highly competent working with technology solutions including databases, software applications, Microsoft office, preferably within a medical, recruitment or similar environment

Professional, competent telephone manner

Knowledge of a hospital or health care environment an advantage but not essential

Demonstrated ability to work consistently to achieve results in short time frames

Flexible and keen to work as part of a team
