Medic Oncall by Healthcare Australia is the doctor’s division of Healthcare Australia. We are a leading provider of medical recruitment solutions that includes sourcing and placing locum and permanent doctors into a diverse range of opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Located in Mornington, we are seeking a fantastic recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The position:

360 Recruitment Consultant with a focus on GP’s and permanent medical recruitment

Utilise our extensive database to expand our warm GP and permanent desk

Access our technology (apps, portal, messenger, mail), marketing experts and medical workforce team to drive your recruitment programs

Deliver a highly competent and responsive service to our clients and doctors

Work effectively within our high performing team of consultants to support the team goals

Competitive salary and commission plan

Full time 38 hours week

The skills and experience required:

Excellent customer service and recruitment experience in the medical or health industry with a knowledge of doctor recruitment preferably GP’s

Strong communication and marketing competence to achieve goals and objectives

Ability to work with technology including databases, software applications, Microsoft office, preferably within a medical, recruitment or similar environment

Desire to be a leader in the GP and Medical recruitment industry and deliver outstanding results

Demonstrated ability to work consistently to achieve results in short time frames

Flexible and keen to work as part of a team
