Shortland Health, a medical centre in Auckland's CBD, is on the lookout for a compassionate medical receptionist who thrives in a service environment to join our team.

Our reception team is at the heart of our practice as they are responsible for coordinating most non-medical tasks. You will join our fabulous team on Shortland Street part-time, working various hours between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

If you are known for high levels of enthusiasm and 'going the extra mile', you will fit in well here. You will also need to be highly organised, action-oriented and enjoy working closely with others.

• Experienced Medical receptionist
• Previous experience with Evolution or Medtech 
• Well organised
• Love giving excellent service in a professional, helpful manner
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
• Flexible and able to turn your hand to whatever is most needed
• Polite and friendly
• Reliable and well presented
