My Client is a Healthcare organisation based in Remuera. If you have a strong Administrator background, have great customer service skills, and have been looking for a new challenge with not one day being the same then look no further! They are needing someone with an IMMEDIATE start!
This is a temporary 8-12 week Reception role with the possibility of an extension. The role is full-time, Monday - Friday with approximately 40 hours a week. Full training will be provided.
This person will be an integral part of the administration team within the organisation, so needs to have a can-do attitude, great time management skills, ability to prioritise and self-manage workload. You will need to have huge flexibility as you will need to do whatever is required and this can change daily. a big part of this role will be relief of other frontline/ reception roles in the building. You do not need Medical experience but would need to be a fast and proactive learner!
